Tai Chi teaches students to overcome hardness with softness while engaging in a full-body workout that will improve balance, increase strength and flexibility, burn fat, and relax both the body and mind.

This class will also explore martial applications, self-defense techniques, and the rich history and culture of Chinese martial arts.

This class is ongoing and open to students of all ages and fitness levels. Classes will typically begin with joint loosening and light stretching to loosen up the body, followed by a qigong routine to get the qi (life energy) flowing and prepare students for the flowing movements of Tai Chi and other Chinese martial arts. Instruction will include both group practice and one-on-one time with the instructor to allow students of all skill levels to learn and improve together.

Styles and forms taught in this class include the Yang style 24 short form, the Yang style 88 long form, Tai Chi sword, Chen Tai Chi, Bagua, and others.

All that you have to bring is a desire to learn, relax, and have fun!

Connect with your divine feminine energy and learn the ancient art of Belly Dance. This beginner class is infused with elements of yoga and energy work and is suitable for all ages and most fitness levels.

This class will include warm up, muscle toning,
technique training, drills, and moderate cardio.
You will learn a piece of choreography each week
that we will be adding to each class to create a dance.
We end each class with a cool down and group circle.
Join us for this fun and refreshing fitness and dance class and Awaken your inner Goddess!

Invite your friends. You can start at any time.
No experience necessary. Come dance with us!

This is an ongoing 4 - 6 week class series, taught in the Studio and online, through Zoom. Its Your choice!
