I started teaching Zumba as a means to motivate me to the next level of my journey to live a healthy lifestyle and I found my greatest joy....DANCING!
Come dance with me at Infused fitness starting Saturday, October 15th, 2016 @ 9:45-10:40. We will dance to Latin American music using new and familiar music. The movements are repetitive and easy to learn infused with salsa, samba and merengue.
The Zumba workout provides fitness benefits because its routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training, which are intended to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, and targets every major muscle group in the body.
