1 student – $30 per hour
2-5 students – $30 + $10 ea additional person
6+ students – $30 + $15 ea additional person after 6th person

Private Yoga and or integrative energy therapy available by appointment for those needing or desiring personal or custom training or for recovery from specific physical or emotional traumas.
Join me to learn about your Chakra system, your personal energy body, how its running and how it can be used to help heal and stay healthy. This fun and balanced Vinyasa style yoga class infuses information about each of the seven main energy centers or (Chakras) and explains which psychological emotions, organs and glands are governed by that Chakra. You will learn yoga poses, affirmations, visualizations and breath work that will help clear each energy center. Learn to self-assess, diagnose, clear blockages and heal while receiving the many physical benefits of a regular yoga practice. Deep guided meditations and tuning forks treatments available.
